SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shrub ships tracked parcels only via Singapore Post (SingPost).

Once orders dispatch within 5 business days, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.



Shipping Destinations

We ship within Singapore and to selected international destinations.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, feel free to contact us before ordering.



Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

  • Singapore: approximately 2–5 working days
  • International: approximately 3-14 working days
  • International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance or local postal services.



Tracking & Delivery

All parcels are sent with tracking.


Please note:

  • Tracking updates may be limited once the parcel leaves Singapore.
  • Parcels are handed over to the destination country’s national postal service for final delivery. This is standard international postal practice.
  • If tracking shows that the parcel has arrived in the destination country or has stopped updating after leaving Singapore, the recipient is responsible for contacting their national postal service with the tracking number for further delivery updates.



Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.



Delays, Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

Shrub is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please contact your local postal service using the tracking number provided.



Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

Shrub is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
